Processing of data. During processing the controller can gain knowledge of personal data provided spontaneously by Users when they interact with Website functionalities or ask to use services offered by the Website.

Purpose of processing. The personal data processing performed by the controller is for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to answering requests for services or contractual/pre-contractual relations activated by Users through the Website.

– provision of Data by the User is in any case spontaneous. Provision of the aforementioned data is totally optional and strictly related to the above purposes. If the User should refuse to provide data or consent to processing or communication, it will not be possible to provide the information or services requested or execute the contract;
– the personal data will not be profiled.
